17 TDR – Experimental Beauty and Surrealism – “Paper Plates”
Created by Emma Bradford (’14) and Lucas Dudley (’14), this piece is a combination of live action and stop motion. With a guest appearance from well known Land Park resident Thomas Ferguson, this video brings the viewer into a whole new world.
17 TDR – Short Story-Live Action – “Waiting”
In this short film produced by Charlie Passarell (’13) and Ethan Schanberger (’13), a young man — played by two time STN award winner Alex Daly (’13)– waits for his estranged father. While waiting, the young man has a delightful conversation with a restaurant waiter. All music in this masterpiece is original.

With the help of photojournalist Ethan Schanberger (’13), Alex Daly (’13) and Brianna Pressey (’13) uncover the Sikh religion. This short documentary provides the viewer with a clearer understanding of this truly misconceived religion.
17 TDR- Sports- “Felt Bicycles”
Max Pedrotti (’14) and Parker Kaye (’14) take a look at Felt Bicycles, a local Sacramento bicycle shop that sells its wares worldwide.
17 TDR – Sports Industry – “Passion At Its Best: A Look At Sacramento’s Best Rivalry”
Nicole Skow (’13) and Dominic Tullo (’13) give an interesting history of the Holy Bowl: the annual rivalry football game between Christian Brothers and Jesuit. Check out how this Catholic school showdown has evolved over the years. Interviews include CB offensive lineman Vincent Johnson (’13) and Athletic directors Mr. Dan Carmazzi (71) and Mrs. Jill Bennett.
17 TRD – Short Story-Live Action – Open Road
Film enthusiasts Andre Le (’13) and Lee Berg (’13) brought an unconventional story about life and death to the screen. Actors include Charlie Passarell , Nate Kauffman (’13), Dominic Tullo (’13), Lee Berg, and Billy Berg. Check out this modern day portrayal of the classic Bible story, The Good Samaritan.
