Christmas break is a time for traveling, hanging out with friends and family, and celebrating Christmas cheer.
Many CB students have a variety of things to do over this winter break. First and foremost, everyone is excited to celebrate the wonderful and magical holiday that is Christmas Day. Some can’t wait for the presents under the tree on Christmas morning.
“I asked my parents for a puppy, but they probably won’t get me one,” said sophomore Brianna Lukenbill (’15).
Others just can’t wait to escape to the Sierras for that fresh powder,
“I am really excited to go snowboarding after that big storm,” says senior Christian Meng (’13).
But most kids are just excited to eat the special Christmas ham and spend time with their family.
Christmas is about the birth of Jesus and many families celebrate that by getting dressed up for Christmas mass.
“My family goes over to the Immaculate Conception church and we celebrate how lucky we are to be together,” says the festive Mr. Brendan Hogan.
Christmas is a festive time of the year and no matter how you celebrate it, it brings joy to everyone.
